Kate Havard

Research Analyst

Biography:

Kate Havard is a research analyst specializing in economic warfare.
 
Prior to joining FDD, Kate was a Tikvah Fellow at the Wall Street Journal Editorial Board, where she conducted research for Deputy Editorial Page Editor Bret Stephens.  Previously, Kate was a Collegiate Network journalism fellow and a Publius fellow. Kate frequently writes for The Weekly Standard and has published articles in The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post.
 
Kate has a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from St. John's College, Annapolis.
