Biography:

Tim Wilson is an independent consultant with expertise in security, intelligence collection and analysis, counterterrorism, management and administration. He served for 32 years in the British Army, including command of a specialist surveillance unit and as an instructor in advanced surveillance systems and techniques. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2003 and, having lived in America as a child, moved back here in 2005, and proudly became a U.S. citizen.
