Hamas Refuses Humanitarian Aid

CNN reports:

Israel has attempted to deliver humanitarian aid from an international flotilla to Gaza, but Hamas – which controls the territory – has refused to accept the cargo, the Israel Defense Forces said Wednesday.

What should be obvious but evidently is not to some: The purpose of the flotilla was never to deliver humanitarian aid. Humanitarian aid is routinely delivered to Gaza via Israel. And the Israelis agreed to deliver any aid from these ships – after inspecting the cargo.

The purpose of the flotilla was to open a route for the delivery of missiles, explosives, and other weapons to be used to kill Israelis – to assist Hamas in what Hamas is candid enough to acknowledge is its mission: Israel's annihilation.
