Mousa Khalil Elahi

Sanctions were placed against Mousa Khalil Elahi for abuses of human rights by the European Union in May 2012. As the Prosecutor of Tabriz, Elahi committed violations of human rights in regards to the right to due process, according to the Official Journal of the European Union.
In December 2010, Elahi was involved with the case of Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, when she was held in a prison in Tabriz.
