The company lists its Iranian branch as “Mushrif Trading & Contracting Company (Iran Branch)” in its 2011 Annual Report (Mushrif Trading and Contracting Company 2011 Annual Report, March 25, 2012).

According to Mushrif’s 2012 Annual Report, the company’s Iranian assets as of December 31, 2012 were 589,818 Kuwaiti Dollars (Mushrif Trading and Contracting Co., March 25, 2013).

According to Bloomberg, Iranian-based Loleh Polymer Concrete Pipe Company “operates as a subsidiary of Mushrif Trading and Contracting Company” (Bloomberg, accessed June 27, 2014).

Deal: In the 2006 annual company report, the company mentions for the first time that it is involved in an Iranian contracting joint venture.
