Deal: According to an industry publication, in March 2010, Sandvik Process Systems signed a deal with Iran's Pars Oil & Gas Company (POGC) to provide equipment for the development of the South Pars gas field. In the deal, Sandvik will supply sulfur solidification and handling technology for phases 17 and 18 of South Pars, by the end of 2010 (The Engineer, March 1, 2010). Sandvik is also supplying handling, storage and truck-loading systems as part of the deal, according to an industry publication (Processing Talk, March 2, 2010).
